Fall Presbytery Meeting

Covenant OPC is looking forward to hosting the Fall 2019 Stated Meeting of Presbytery. The meeting will take place Friday-Saturday, September 20-21 and will be held in our church building, which is located at 2742 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene, TX 79602.
Covenant OPC will provide a lunch at 11:00 AM on Friday, as well as dinner. Lunch on Saturday will be provided to take on the road or stick around to eat. All meals will be at the church (except for breakfast).
Lodging will be provided at the Comfort Suites, which is located at 3225 South Danville Dr, Abilene TX 79605. The hotel provides a Continental Breakfast, plus there are several restaurants within walking distance.
The cost for a room with two queen beds is $140 per night. The usual policy for coverage of commissioners will apply (i.e. presbytery will pay for half the cost of a room for each commissioner). If you have any questions regarding this please contact Mitch Pritchett at mbpritchett@gmail.com.
