Faith will provide lunch and dinner on Friday, as well as breakfast on Saturday.
The meeting will begin at noon on Friday the 15th.

The church will make the reservations and interface with the hotel. Please make sure to have this form submitted by January 4.
The normal policy for room reimbursement is in place. The Presbytery covers half the cost of the room per commissioner. So, two commissioners sharing a room will get full reimbursement, and commissioners bringing their family or reserving a private room will be responsible for half the cost. If you would like to come early or stay late, the hotel will extend the same rate to you. However, please let the church know ASAP to make the reservation for you.
The room cost is $94/night for one king bed and $104/night for two queen beds.
