Providence OPC will provide lunch on Friday at 11am, dinner on Friday night and lunch on Saturday. Breakfast will be at your hotel.
The meeting will begin at noon on Friday the 17th, with the normal terminus ad quem of noon on Saturday the 18th.

Due to a shortage of hotel rooms that weekend, we will be using 3 separate hotels. Please read the following information carefully, and CALL THE HOTEL to make your own reservation. Indicate on the Google registration form what your arrangements are.
Please arrange your own roommate and make the reservation together. If you need help finding a roommate, contact Greg Eddings (contact info above).
On Thursday evening January 16th, 6 rooms are available at Quality Inn and Suites, phone number 512-246-0055. The rate is $109 per night. 8 rooms are available at this same location for January 17th at the same rate. The hotel address is 1802 S IH 35, Round Rock, Texas 78681 and is about 12 minutes from the church facility. These rooms are under the church name and my contact at the hotel is Martin
For Friday evening January 17th, 24 rooms are available at Candlewood Suites, phone number 512-828-0899. 20 rooms are available for $75 per night for a single queen room and 4 rooms are available for $85 per night for a one bedroom suite with a sofa sleeper. The hotel address is 521 N. IH 35 Round Rock Texas 78664 and is about 13 minutes from the church facility. These rooms are under the church name and my contact at the hotel is Melissa.
Also available for Friday evening, 10 Double Queen rooms at Comfort Suites at $100 per night, phone # 512-251-9088. The hotel address is 15112 FM 1825, Pfulgerville, TX, about 11 minutes from the church facility. These rooms are under the church name and my contact at the hotel is Shawn.
The normal policy for room reimbursement is in place. The Presbytery covers half the cost of the room per commissioner. So, two commissioners sharing a room will get full reimbursement, and commissioners bringing their family or reserving a private room will be responsible for half the cost.
